doubles the number of leds you can attach to 1 controller.

the 2 channel controller can drive 288 leds (144 left and 144 right), with this amplifier , that becomes 288 left and 288 right.

the 4 channel controller can also drive 288 leds (72 front left, 72 front right, 72 rear left, 72 rear right), with this amplifier , that becomes 144 per channel.

Below is an EXAMPLE of how to connect the amplifier to controller and leds. You have to SPREAD LED's over controller and amplifier, so that the controller has to drive maximal 288 leds and the amplifier has to drive maximal 288 leds ...

You can use more than 1 amplifier.

By using our AMPLIFIERs, you can connect a maximum of 288 LEDs per channel. On a 4 chanel controller = 4 x 288 = 1.152 leds in total, using 4 amplifiers.

Max 4 amplifiers attached to one 4 channel controller, Max 2 amplifiers attached to one 2 channel controller, NOT more then 288 leds per channel. A channel means : front left, front right, rear left, rear right.
